Greg Perlstein

Greg Perlstein is the Senior Director, Growth & Marketing of TMI Strategy. TMI, the consulting division of, uses data-driven insights to help clients like Microsoft, Feeding America, Foot Locker, and Alliance for Climate Education activate young people to make positive social impact. At TMI, Greg leads clients in prioritizing their millennial mobilization goals, identifying challenges, and developing strategy to engage young people.

Prior to joining TMI, Greg managed strategic alliances at the education not-for-profit First Book, where he partnered with Target, Teach For America, and Barclays. Greg earned his MBA at the University of Michigan and his BA at Washington University in St. Louis. He’s a Dance Marathon alum, a board game Olympian, and an all-heart, little-skill triathlete.
